Satisfaction Clause

FieldDayUSA will not be responsible for your satisfaction with the garments printed on or the printed artwork. We are always available to counsel any customer to ensure you pick a garment that matches your needs but we also need you to do your due diligence on the garment choice. If you are unsure of what garment to select, we can gladly order a number of blank samples for you to choose from. The samples will be billed at a per piece rate and shipped without printing. Blank samples will not credit to the cost of your order. Especially keep this in mind with ladies cut shirts.

Cancellations & Restocking Fees

Cancellations made after order has been placed will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any additional fees required to cover services already rendered. No cancellations will be accepted once production has begun on the order.


FieldDayUSA cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company. Examples: UPS cannot deliver your package on time due to inclement weather. | UPS delivers your package to the wrong address (although provided the correct address) and you do not receive your products on time.

Quality Assurance:

Quality Assurance We try to check every garment as it comes off of the press, but there are times where some mistakes will make it out the door. It is your responsibility as the customer to check over garments as you receive them. We allow an industry standard 72 hour window from the time you receive the goods to notify us of any issues with the order. FieldDayUSA will not be responsible for errors with your order if notified after 72 hours of receiving the goods.

Artwork Verification Policy:

Your design will be printed with the name you specify when ordering the shirts on our website. When you click the box "FieldDayUSA will not be responsible for any errors made by the customer. Please double check your spelling and your order totals before continuing.” You are agreeing that your school name is spelled correctly and that is what will print on your shirts. We do not send final proofs in order to expedite your order. In the event your school name is spelled wrong we are not responsible to replace the shirts. Please double check your school name.

Turn Around:

Our standard turn around time is 2 weeks. FieldDayUSA will do everything we can to meet any must-have date, but we cannot guarantee it. Rush fees may apply. Customer may be responsible for any expedited shipping charges associated with the order.


Our minimum order available on our website is 72 pieces. If you need less than 72 shirts can quote smaller quantities. Please note there will be a price increase and free shipping is not available on any order less than 72 pieces.


We do require pre payment on any school who is not providing a purchase order. All Booster Clubs, PTO Accounts, and Individuals buying must pay up front. If your school does provide a purchase order our policy is net 10.

Missing Shirts:

We count your order 3 times before it leaves our facility. Do keep in mind that we are not privy to your individual order forms and counts. We only have the count you provided online (and/or through email). We do ask that before you distribute any shirts you count the shirts and compare that count to our packing slip total. Any discrepancies outside of that count would be a tally error. We do our best to fill missing shirts in a 48 hour window at the same charge, but we do charge shipping on those re orders. If for some reason your order is short shipped (which would be less than 1% of scenarios) we will reach out and alert you of this along with an update on the back order.

Changes To Your Order After Payment:

Any changes to your order after 24 hours will inquire a $50.00 change fee. We are happy to add or remove shirts within 24 hours of your order, but after that window your order is final. If you do change after that window it will delay your order.


Just like you, we like to spend the holidays with our families and friends. For that reason, we are closed for the following holidays. These days will not be considered operational business days and will not count towards turn around time: New Year's Day Martin Luther King Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day The Day After Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas Day The Day After Christmas New Year's Eve New Year’s Day

Returned Checks

There will be a $30.00 returned check fee.
