How do I order Field Day shirts?
We offer several ways to order depending on what works best for your school.
Shop Online
Choose your shirts, designs, sizes, and quantities and place your order directly through our website.
Bulk Order Forms
Prefer to collect sizes and submit one order for your entire school? Download one of our Bulk Order Forms, fill in your quantities, and send it to us.
Student Order Forms
Want to send order forms home with students? Customize and print one of our FREE Student Order Forms. Collect the completed forms and payments, then combine them into your school's final order.
What is the difference between a Bulk Order Form and a Student Order Form?
A Bulk Order Form is used by the school to submit the final quantities and sizes for the entire order.
A Student Order Form is sent home with individual students so families can select their shirt and size. The school collects those forms and combines the orders before submitting the final school order.
What are Stock Designs?
Stock Designs are our ready-to-order Field Day designs. Choose your favorite design, select your shirt options, enter your quantities, and you’re ready to go!
What are ENERGY Designs?
ENERGY Designs are our bold, one-color Field Day designs created to make a big impact while keeping the look clean, fun, and easy to wear.
Choose your favorite ENERGY design, select from the available shirt and ink color options, and build your school’s order.
Can we create a completely custom Field Day shirt?
Yes! If your school has its own idea, theme, mascot, artwork, or Field Day concept, we can help bring it to life.
Can we add our school name to a design?
Many of our Field Day designs can be personalized with your school name or other approved name-drop information. Available customization options will be shown with the design.
Are Student Order Forms really free?
Yes! Our Student Order Forms are a FREE tool designed to make collecting individual student orders easier.
Choose the appropriate design collection, enter your school's information, and create a form you can print and send home with students.
Can I choose my shirt color?
Yes. Many of our designs are available on a variety of shirt colors. Available colors may vary by design and garment style.
Can I use my own restaurant logo?
Absolutely. You can provide your existing restaurant logo for us to use on your apparel. For the best print quality, we recommend uploading the highest-quality version of your logo available. Additional charges my apply.
Do parents order directly from Field Day USA using the Student Order Form?
No. Student Order Forms are used by the school to collect orders from students and families.
Students return their completed forms and payment to the school. The school then combines those orders and submits one final order to Field Day USA.
Do I have to use a Student Order Form?
No. Student Order Forms are simply an optional tool for schools that want to collect individual orders from students.
If you already know the sizes and quantities your school needs, you can skip the student forms and submit your order directly.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Field Day USA has a minimum order of 72 pieces.
Your school's total order must include at least 72 pieces to meet the minimum order requirement.
Can we mix youth and adult sizes?
Yes! Youth and adult sizes can be included in the same order when they are available for your selected shirt.
Can staff shirts be different from student shirts?
Yes! Many schools choose a different shirt color or style for teachers, volunteers, or Field Day staff.
Should we order extra shirts?
We recommend considering a few extras.
Extra shirts can come in handy for late orders, new students, volunteers, size changes, or unexpected needs on Field Day.
Can we add shirts after our order has been submitted?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
If your order has not entered production, we may be able to adjust it. Once production has started, additions may need to be handled separately.
What sizes are available?
Available sizes vary depending on the shirt style, but many of our Field Day shirts are available in both youth and adult sizes.
You'll find the available sizes listed with each product.
What shirt colors are available?
Available shirt colors depend on the shirt and design you select. You'll see the available color options when building your order.
Can we use more than one shirt color for our school?
Available color combinations depend on the product and design selected. If you're planning to use different colors for grades, teams, teachers, or groups, contact us if you need help putting your order together.
Can we submit our own artwork?
Yes! For custom orders, you can send us your school logo, mascot, existing artwork, or an idea for what you'd like created.
High-quality vector artwork is preferred when available, but if you're unsure what type of file you have, send us what you've got and our team can review it.
Will we see our custom artwork before it is printed?
Yes. Custom artwork will be reviewed and approved before your order moves into production.
Please carefully review your proof for spelling, dates, school names, colors, and other important details before approving it.
How long does it take to receive our shirts?
Production times can vary depending on the type of order, quantity, artwork approval, and time of year.
Spring is our busiest Field Day season, so we strongly recommend ordering early.
When should we place our Field Day order?
The earlier, the better!
Once you know your Field Day date, we recommend starting the process as soon as possible. This gives your school plenty of time to collect student orders, finalize quantities, approve artwork if necessary, and allow for production and delivery.
Do you ship directly to our school?
Yes. Your Field Day order can be shipped directly to the shipping address provided with your order.
What if our Field Day is coming up soon?
Contact us before placing an order if you're working with a tight deadline. We'll help you determine what options are available based on your event date.
Can we change or cancel an order after it has been submitted?
Contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
Because Field Day shirts are produced specifically for your order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
What if there is a problem with our order?
If you notice an issue when your order arrives, contact the Field Day USA team as soon as possible with your order information and details about the problem.
